Binary files
Binary files are the files contain information in it in the form of binary language which can only be understood by the computer itself as it is the most important language of the computer. All the data in the binary file is contained in binary language which is zeros and one. It is easy for the computer to interpret the binary language but this language can’t be understood by the normal person. Moreover it is seen that the information contained in the binary file is mainly the formatted one and this can only be contained and understood by the processors that are somehow contained in the computer.
The binary file can be read by people only in circumstances when they are able to read it but with the help of certain software and hardware’s that had been especially designed for the reading of the binary files. The examples of the binary file may include the spread sheets, SPSS software’s, executable files and many others. All these are the files which can be used and read by the normal person when they had undergone through some sort of software. However some of the images also contain the binary language in them and they are also responsible for acting as a binary file.
The binary files are mainly the computer files as binary is the computer language. So in binary file any sort of data can be contained and its interpretation can only be done by the computer. Sometimes the binary file may also be used for the storage of the data as well as each and everything that is contained in the computer is stored in the binary form which means that 0 and 1 is the language used for storing the data. If the binary file contains data without formatting then that information is known as the plain texts but for the binary file there is a need of the text.
