Digital divide
Digital divide is the difference that is between the information technology and the digital aspects that can be accessed by the user and it also includes those users who cannot possess it at all. For this the user must need to have perfect skills and if the perfect skills are not required then there would be a lack of imbalance between the resources and the physical aspects to the information technology and the digital resources. All the above mentioned skills needs to be present within an individual for becoming the perfect part of the digital community created by different citizens for the access to the information technology.Different view had been given by different people but majority of the people describe this situation to be as seen as the way in which different problems exist between the internet and the computer that a person uses and even the category of those people is also involved who does not face any problems with the internet and the computer.
In fact it is defined as the problematic gap that is seen by the user among different situations that may occur at different point in time. The digital divide can be described as a global divide as well where the user refers to the differences that exist between the country and the systems and the internet which is used there for the communication and information purpose. The flow of information is also another aspect that the individual needs to be focused on in the digital divide. If the exact communication flow does not take place then some of the disturbances can be caused among the systems.
