Graphics tablet
A graphics tablet is a computer device which had been developed for the purpose of drawing some certain images by the user. All the images that are to be drawn must be by hand and at the same time for it the user must need an input so that the desired output level can be achieved by the user. The graphic tablet is also referred to as the graphics pad, digitizer, drawing tablet or digitizing tablet. All these names had been given to it due to the fact that the main purpose of the device is to draw the exact images than had been provided to the device as an input. This works in a very similar in the way pen and paper are used for certain drawings. In some situations the tablet device can be used for different purposes.
Apart from drawing it can be used for the signature purpose by the person too and even some of the data can also be retained in it when it is being captured. The device had been designed in such a way that a flat surface had been allocated to it which allows the user to simply draw the image with the hand or the use of finger. If the data entry in the tablet had been done in the form of shapes or diagrams with some lines in it then such a way of doing the work is known as digitizing. In this tablet there is no mouse and the mouse had been replaced with the use of hands for the drawing of images. Some of the computer screen had also been designed in this way where the user can freely interact with the screen of the computer with the help of hands and then can perform certain functions in it.
