Hard copy

Hard copy is the copy that is printed in nature which makes it easy for the person to read out whatever needs to be communicated. Through the hard copy the person ca n retain the information for a longer time period and hence it can be used for many different purposes. The hard copy can be read by the person at any time he wants to go through it and mainly in hard copy all the information is contained which the person in fact is unable to deliver it to the people.

The hard copy in particular must be a natural and a physical item which the person can touch and can also be carried along by the person.  This serves to be directly used by the person and hence the hard copy may be of different items. The first thing that must be taken into account for the hard copy must be that it must of permanent nature and nothing in the hard copy can be changed at all. The computer printed pages; the tapes in the printed form are the most generous and the famous examples of the hard copy.

Mostly the computer printed pages are the ones which are used by the person so that the person can get to know more of the data that had been collected. Some time the person had a very good advantage of hard copy that the entire document that the person had collected can be kept in a record form by one specific person who in return can get to know that changed needs to be implemented in it and why. however both the hard and the soft copies are at time used by the person and if the person send come information to the person in the form of an e-mail then that way of sending the information is known as the soft copy and some of the magnetic tapes, disks and other items are not the form of the hard copy.
