NNTP

NNTP is the short of complete term i.e. Network News Transfer Protocol. This is protocol is applied to posting, distributing as well as in retrieving the USENET messages. The formal/official specification is known as RFC 977.

The very original USENET protocol is actually replaced by the NNTP
