ODMR

The ODMR is the short of complete term “On-Demand Mail Relay which is the e-mail service which enables the users to request e-mail from an internet connection while making use of a dynamic IP address instead of a static IP address. Through OMDR, the users connect to the ISP which supports OMDR. It authenticates and then requests e-mail. Soonest the users requests e-mail, the role of the client and server reverses and a normal SMTP operation is done.

ODMR is also known as ATRN, short of Authentication Turn.
