OEM

OEM is the term which is described as an original equipment manufacturer which had been working for the purpose of reselling. The reselling service is mainly served for the purpose of earning revenue and in this activity the interaction takes place among companies as a company interacts with the other company for the reselling of a particular product and then the product is transferred into a new thins which later on is given a new brand name. This is one of the other forms for the purpose of marketing a product.

OEM is used for both the people who are reselling the product and even the people who are the suppliers as well. Moreover it can also be described of as a way of reusing the products and then applying the innovation techniques of transforming the product into something new. Sometimes the brand name may remain the same but in some cases the brand name is also changed. However this is considered to be one of the forms of increasing the business value for the business.

OEM are in fact the actual manufacturer who are responsible for the purpose of merchandising the product by giving that specific product the name of the their own. This is found to be one of the most effective ways of producing the items with innovation in them as people are always willing to accept the things with innovation. The company is not only responsible for providing the rebranding services but the warranty and other activities are also provided by the company. If something happens to the product then the company is responsible for that act as it is providing its customers with warranty. The OEM services are also referred to as the value added reseller, as VAR is also providing the same sort of services.
