POP

POP is the post office protocol which is to be used on the internet with the help of the internet server, where the user send a mail to the other person but with the use of computer and an internet. Through POP people can also stay in touch with each other and can also carry out their works also without any difficulties. This had also been defined a interface that takes place between the mail server and the e-mail that needs to be sent. It had been found out that in today’s world people are using POP3 as through it e-mail can be sent easily and without any delay. E-mail retrieving had become lot easy with the introduction of POP.

Pop allows user to conduct many things and it is found to be helpful for many people. The major things that had been allowed by POP for its users is to receive mails from the specific ISP and then those mails can either be retained by the person or else could be deleted, mainly depending upon the situation. Moreover it must be taken into account that whether the message that had been sent is of any use or not and lastly another purpose is to make sure that the mail had been received by the person but the person is not yet able to retrieve it due to some problems.

It is recommended for the person that the copy of the specific e-mail must be made in order for the deletion or retaining portion of the e-mail to take place. At time deleting the e-mail from the ISP server can be quite dangerous and many problems can be created as well. POP allows people to send messages in those situations when the entire message inbox of the user in filled.
