Print server

 A print server is the server in which all the computers that are integrated through a network are able to have an access to the printers. The print server is quite easy to use as it does not require much effort and time. The only thing the print server requires is to be used with some routers. On the other hand the print server had been designed in such a form that is does not enable the user to mover files from one computer to another computer through the use of interrelated networking among the computers.

Print server is designed in such a way that many users can use the printer attached with the computer at any time and from anywhere. This thing is being incorporated to be used in large organization which has many departments. For the working of the printer and the print server, it must be taken into account that the printer must be attached to a specific file server which as a whole comprises of the print server.

Furthermore all the clients can be easily connected with the printer and the file server with the help of a network cable. A single cable is attached with all the computers and at the same time all the computers can use the printer for different purpose at the same time.
The print server is the hardware component of the computer as it can be carried anywhere and its existence can also be felt. The print server is not compatible with all the computers as some of the computers along with the printers lack certain services.

In some situations the print server can be built by the person on his own by following certain steps.  In this procedure the Ethernet adapter card is the main component for the creation of the print server.
