Scroll lock

Scroll lock is the key which can be found on the computer. The key is associated with a particular light in yellow color. This facility is present in most of the new and modern computers which is not used by the person on regular basis. It had been found out that some of the computer in the olden times were such which does not contain any scroll lock key which ensures that the computer can only be used for certain things as some of the features were lacked in it. The scroll lock is used for many different types of benefits.

The most common benefits among them are that the light that is associated with the computer for the scroll key at times can also be used for the on and off purpose. This means that the light on the keyboard can be lit up when the scroll key button is pressed and in some other situations the scroll key can also be used for the purpose of locking the desktop items which mean that the screen get paused. These types of service are only available to the computer that has the Linux operating system.

On the other hand the scroll key is used for the very few purposes and as such it is not used for any specific purpose. FL Studio, Lotus, Microsoft and other programs are the ones which serve to be used with the scroll lock. In each and every program scroll keys serves for different purposes. It had also been found out that when the scroll lock key is turned on, the mouse or the cursor on the computer can’t be used and for this the user can only use the arrow keys which mean that the arrow keys can only be scrolled, in that case.
