System administrator

System administrator in fact is the person who is responsible for the working of the computer and different networks. He had to keep in view each and every detail of the computer and other systems. he had to keep a check on the systems that whether they are working properly or not or whether the systems are networked or interconnected with each other so that the flow of communication and information among different departments can take place easily.

Moreover the system administrator may be a person who belongs to some engineering department or a person from the information technology department may also serve to perform the task of the system administrator. Different types of duties had been allocated to the system administrator ad they may be keeping on changing from time to time. The major duties that the system administrator had to perform are the setting up the user account so that users can easily login to the computers. How the storage space needs to be allocate to different devices and even the installation of the software’s for the system are also one of the duty of the system administrator. Another duty is the addition and the configuration of the workstations that takes place within the organization.

Mainly the duties of the people keeps of changing but each and every organization have their own duties defined for the role of the systems administration. On the other hand another function that needs to be carried out by the system administrator is the installation, support and the maintenance of the computer systems and the servers. The system administrator must clearly define the people that how the systems needs to be used and who is more capable of performing different functions regarding the usage of the computer systems. They also control the flow of virus within the computer too.
