Video Conferencing

Video conferencing is the process of communication and interaction among two or more online. Mostly video conferences are carried among the business people. It is an easy way of keeping connected with each other. Moreover apart from the video being shown up, the audio sounds can also be heard by the person who is at the opposite end.  For the entire video conference to take place, a computer network needs to exist which in turn will allow both the parties to get themselves introduced with each other.

Video telephone is the other form video conferencing. In both the processes the person is able to view each other and at the same time, both the parties must have a video camera, a proper sound system so that they can clearly hear each other without any disturbance. The face to face interaction among the individuals is lacking. On the other hand this form of video conferencing is saving the most precious time of people and at the same time the money factor is also reduced.

Video conferencing is the activity which is carried among a group of people in the form of conference rather than being carried out on an individual’s part alone. The mode of telecommunications had been changing and many new modes had been evolved over time. The telecommunication means had been used among the ancient people from a longer time period. Furthermore video conferencing can either be carried out in a room or in an office but in the presence of people. Video conferencing can be of either form in which a person needs to speak to a small group of people. The entire act must be carried on online basis. On the whole, the video conferencing calls can also be expensive for most of the companies and the business unit had to carry it out on regular basis.
