What Is CCXML
VoIP is the well thought-out to be the most competent structure for voice communication in today’s world as it is quick, dependable and very simple to use. To use VoIP a lot of different setups are to be installed so that it can work perfect. Call Control Extended Markup Language (CCXML) is one of those protocols that are used in the VoIP system to ensure the internet calls. It is used to control the call activities like how to connect the calls to other connections and handle other events.
When VoIP is being used then all the calls are being connect using high speed internet so whenever someone needs to make a call and the phone is picked up then CCXML comes in to the work. As the phone comes into use CCXML sends a signal to the internet that a phone line is activated then if the users dials a number to a local location on the similar then CCXML send a signal to the receiver line to look if it is free for the connection or not. If the returning signal is positive and the connection can be made then it tells the server about the call connection and the call is made.
If the call is made to another location that is held by other network then CCXML establishes the complete link for the call and is responsible for keeping the network available for complete duration of the call. After the conversation when the call is terminated then it also breaks the link and make both the connected lines free so that they can be connected to other lines. When some lines are connected to each other and any other line wants to connect to them it sends a signal of busy to the line that is trying to connect to already connect line.
