What Is FoIP

Internet service has been beneficial for today’s world. It has shortened many ways of communication that were very lengthy previously. Fax over internet protocol (FoIP) is one those new advancements in the means of communication that have been made reliable and also very easy using the internet. Then you have to connect them and they will start to work. This system is far better than the old system as whenever you have to send a fax you will have to turn on both the machines if the receiving machine is off or is busy at the moment then the document will be wasted and in this way the process will be repeated until the fax is received.

Send fax over internet protocol is a much faster way of sending fax and also it is good at handling the errors. Its sending speed is also quicker than the old machines that save a lot of time. The received document can also be used as a softcopy as it is also received in the form of softcopy and it can be transferred via email to any other destination.  It is also more effective then the phone line fax sending due to it less failure in the service as the internet facility is always present and ready to be used.
