What Is Phone system

Voice communication has been very important in every field of life from the start of this technology. It has been modified a lot as the technology progressed but its working principle has not changed. Internet communication has totally modified its working principle.  Now internet has become the source for telephone communication by using its technology and resources. All the organizations that use multiple lines of phones to meet there communication requirements have started to use the internet telephone system in which the complete system of an organization is handled by the internet system and all the communication activities are processed by internet services.

Telephone system means the network of telephones that are connected to a single system and can communicate with each other any time and also to other phone lines on other networks. This system might consist of two telephone sets or thousands in the case of a private telephone exchange of an organization.  Two main types of telephone systems are working in the present one is the traditional phone system of fixed lines and other is the use of internet facility for making the phone communication. Both do same work but both have a lot of difference in their processing. Internet telephone system sends data as signals that are the voice signals and are separated into tiny chunks and called digital signals while the traditional phone system uses the analog signals for voice transmission.  Phone systems can be arranged in both ways but now internet phone system is considered better due to its other services and the charges are also very low as the source is internet and its charges are already paid by the users. Only specific type of devices are needed to establish the system and after that the organization can easily manage their telephone system.
