Internet service providers have been able to meet the requirements of their users but still some times some problems occur that might make the reputation of the organization bad. To encounter these problems and to keep track of all the user response against the facilities is very important. Different types of terms have been introduced to maintain the better level of facilities for the users. Quality of experience or QoE is one of them. It is used by the service providers to check that how much there users are pleased from their given facilities. If the users are not responding to some facility that was expected by the service provider then they check for all the possible reasons that might have come in the way to make a service best for the users.

Now day’s users are very concerned to the facilities that they are using as they are paying a lot for those services and if they do not get the required service or any problem in the service then they are never going to use it again and in this way the service provider might have great loss about its reputation as if it is ruined once in the market then it is very hard to bring up again. Competition is too much and customer satisfaction is the basic priority of the service providers.
This also helps the companies to launch other new facilities and applications so that more users are attracted to those facilities and more business can be generated. This is only possible if the user is having the complete benefits of a certain facility and they are completely satisfied with other existing services. This also helps to develop a good will relation between the organization and the user which makes the user think about all the benefits that the company has provided them.
