What Is UAS

Internet communication and especially voice communication is getting very common now days in every field where there voice communication is the basic source of communication. It has proved to be very efficient, fast and reliable than any other source of communication.  Previously it was not so good for communication but now it has been improved a lot and it has taken the place of old phone communication system due to its powerful features and applications.

Organizations that previously used the traditional phone lines for their regular communication are switching to VoIP system. VoIP uses different hardware and software arrangements for this kind of communication. These components perform different tasks throughout the communication process so that it can proceed well and no problems arise in the process. One of the components that have also a very important role in the establishment of a VoIP connection is user agent server. This component is present at the start of the network from where the data flows in and out of the network. There are different lines in a network that are busy in different types of activities, so whenever any other line form the same network or from a different network wants to connect to a specific line the user agent server checks whether it is free for the incoming call or not.

If that particular network line is busy with another call then the incoming line is signalled a busy response automatically as there is no way that it can be connected to the line and similarly the network is also told about the incoming call to keep the record for later use.  If that call is accepted by the network and linked to the requested line then user agent server also tells the network about the successful connection between the lines.
