Why should capital letters be avoided in e-mail address?

The use of the capital letters in the e-mail address needs to be avoided because at times it creates confusing and as a result the e-mail message is delivered to the wrong person and moreover the websites themselves restrict that the capital letters should not be used as they may create some disturbance for the user and as a result it would be difficult for them to handle. Moreover this act is not considered to be a good act as the capital letters in the communication forms is also restricted and at times the use of capital letters also distracts the person and the text become difficult to be read. Readability is one of the most important factors which must be incorporated by the user when the use of capital letters is to be taken into account.

The use of capital letters in the online forums at times depicts the way in which the person is communicated which means that the tone of the communication of the user is being seen easily and hence the capital letters are used in those situations when the user have to express something important. They are also used in those situations when somebody needs to display some emotional mood or is not in a good mood.

The online forms that had been developed must also be case sensitive so using capital letters for e-mails and even for the passwords had also been restricted. If the capital letters are used in passwords then the user may not be able to easily remember the passwords as it might contain many capital letters in it and thus enters the wrong passwords. At times the user also enter the wrong e-mail addresses as well which contain some capital letters in it.
