• First of all you need to declare one computer as your main computer.  Next you should install a wireless network adapter and then go to control panel and select network and internet connections.

Then select the Wireless Network tab and click on add under the preferred networks. Type your desired name in the association tab in the wireless network screen.

• Now you will have to check the box which says ‘key is provided for me automatically’ and then check the box that states ‘this is a computer to computer (ad hoc) network. Now enter a password of at least thirteen digits (make it difficult to guess for good security) enter the password for the network key and confirm key spaces and ‘ok’ and again ‘ok’. your settings have been saved and now you can add computers to your network.
