Completely Disable the System Tray on Windows 7 / Vista / XP

Suppose the user wants to eradicate and delete this registry hack. For this he has to alter and modify the value to 0. Other applications will keep on operating on the system even the system tray gets disabled. This method does not disable the system tray permanently.
