Using this option you will disable every option and nothing will play when you will insert. For this purpose uncheck the option for “Use AutoPlay for all media and devices”
Disable for a single type
You can personalize the settings to single object that you do not want to play at time of insertion. This could be done by choosing the right settings from the drop down list.
Disable for just Removable (flash) Drives
This option will let you disable the auto play option for external drives like UBS’s. In order to disable AutoPlay for the removable drives, you will have to change all of the following to Take no action: like software and games, Pictures, Video files, Audio files, and Mixed content.
